Direct to retailers is a technology and service partner to category leading brands. When we sign a brand we get to work to optimize their retail go-to-market strategy and then partner closely with our reps to execute. As a rep, you are uniquely supported with sales training, best practices, sales and marketing materials, and access to a community of your peers.

We’re looking for ambitious reps who have found success working as a DSD, but have met the limits of their capacity working alone. They’re looking to expand their commissions, and refocus their talents away from product delivery towards account management.

Yes, we only partner with professional, established, independent sales reps. Your relationships with retailers are the value that you bring to the brands we work with. Exceptions are made from time to time, for exceptional sales reps.

We start by looking at the numbers: accounts, stores, revenues, products, time in market. Once we’ve establish a rep already has success in market, we then evaluate based on culture and fit. We have worked hard to curate a culture on a foundation of hustle, mutual respect, support, and camaraderie. We’re looking for reps that share these values.

Each commission is negotiated individually per brand, and range from 20% to 35% of wholesale price of the product.

Brands are interested in expanding their footprint of retail customers and getting doors set up correctly. A BDP is a one-time fee charged by the rep per store to secure the retailer and ensure trade marketing execution. Brands will often offer a sliding scale of BDPs corresponding to new store set-ups of varying inventory, price, and merchandising requirements.

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid net 30 for the month previously – although we typically pay in 2-3 days of receiving an invoice for your commissions.

No, orders are delivered direct to retailer using major carriers like UPS and Fedex. While you are not obligated to deliver orders to your customers, many of our reps choose to hand deliver first orders to ensure proper placement and trade marketing execution.
