  • Direct to retailers is an strategic partner to Brands and Manufactures that advises on retail strategy and executes sales directly to retail stores. Our innovative model and best-in-class field sales team are focused on helping brands capture growth and drive revenues.

  • D2R works off of commission. Commissions are earned on each sale, keeping your growth and our motivations aligned. Commissions are negotiated per product and brand and typically, between 25%-50% of wholesale cost.

  • D2R is very different. We’re a high functioning sales arm for brands, with a clear focus on growth and revenues. Distributors often focus more on logistics and inventory management then sales. Where they fall short of generating demand, D2R closes the gap. Most important, we enable retail stores to order directly from you.

  • D2R provides many advantages over an in house sales team. Primarily, we don’t have overhead cost, and we go to market much faster. However, the biggest difference is that we tend to be more successful because we’re starting from existing relationships with retailers that is built on a foundation of trust from years of partnership.

  • D2R is focused on high-growth categories with high quality products that have demonstrable consumer demand. We partner with brands to define and lead their retail expansion or we step in to drive success when the existing retail go to market is not productive.

  • Before we take on a new partnership we complete a comprehensive evaluation of your existing business performance, this will include reviewing your D2C efforts and success, marketing, advertising and trade marketing assets. After a discovery call we will know if you’re ready, and if you’re not, we will offer recommendations for you to close the gap.

  • If you’ve got a great product, but it is not set up for success in retail, we can help.

    D2R offers services like Retailer surveys or product sampling to gain channel insight necessary for a to inform a hypothesis about strategy. We also have experienced in house and talent to develop Trade Marketing, B2B Sales Materials, and operational infrastructure like Shopify Set-up, 3PL integrations, B2B Lead funnels, B2B Marketing automation and Store Locators.

  • Instantly. We create and process orders directly from your Shopify, the payment drops directly into your account. That means you get paid first and at the end of the month, we settle up on the commissions earned.

  • When a rep gets a commitment from a retailer, they create an order in your shopify B2B account. The order invoice is emailed to the retailer instantly and the rep collects payment on the order via credit card. After it is paid, Shopify will send an automated order confirmation. Once you ship the order, the retailer will receive their shipping notification and the rep keeps tabs on the delivery using their field sales app. Once the order is delivered the rep will visit the store and ensure that the product is merchandised and the trade marketing is displayed in store.
